Disney Pro tip: We keep seeing complaints in other groups about mousekeeping not cleaning rooms at Disney. Please understand this is standard practice at Disney right now and among the hospitality industry for obvious reasons. If you need trash pick up please sit outside your room, you can call guest services for additional towels. Please read the Know Before You go materials before traveling to Disney or any other destination before traveling. This will avoid dissatisfaction and surprises along the way. If you expect a certain level of service, which as a paying guest you are entitled to, you will want to consider travel once restrictions have been loosened or post-pandemic.
