Amanda Blanco

Amanda is one of the two owners at Family Traveling Tips. Her duties in the agency include, but are not limited to Social Media Admin, training agents, and booking clients.
She says:
Hi! I am married and the mother of one daughter. My husband, Shane, works in the oil field and travels around the world working on unmanned robotic submarines. My daughter, Savannah, is a high school student who is on the school’s nationally ranked dance team, the school’s yearbook staff, and she is an avid reader. We also have two furry family members, our pups Dewey and Fleur that we treat as members of the family. I have worked in education for almost 20 years, first as an English teacher at a local high school and then I earned my school librarian credentials and became a school librarian. My love of learning is one of the things that fed into my love of travel. I enjoy seeing new places and learning all about them. That love is what led me to the desire to help others see the world with the same sense of fun that I see.

Jennifer Hall

Jennifer is one of the two owners at Family Traveling Tips. Her duties in the agency include but are not limited to the agency’s office administration, training agents, and booking clients.
She says:
I am a wife and mom of 2. We own a roofing company in Illinois that has been a family business since 1948. For decades, I have taken care of the office side while my husband does the hard work. I homeschooled our children from K through graduation. As they got older, my daughter and I began taking a lot of girls trips. This led me to becoming a travel agent and then ultimately opening my own travel agency, Family Traveling Tips. Discovering new places and spending time with my family while doing it is the best of everything.
My passion is Disney, I visit at least once per year, sometimes more. I am also very familiar with Universal and all things Beach. Whether it is Sandals, and All-Inclusive in Mexico, the perfect cruise itinerary, or just a great beach in Florida, I have probably been there. I also love to plan European itineraries. There is just something special about planning out a once in a lifetime trip to that far away place you’ve always wanted to visit.
