Any trip to Disney World is always a magical experience, but when you have the opportunity to stay in a Club Level room at one of Disney’s Deluxe resorts, it makes things seem extra magical.
My family and I were given a surprise upgrade from Coronado Springs to Beach Club. We had a Club Level room booked at Coronado, so when they moved us to Beach Club we were able to stay in a Club Level room. We have stayed at several other Disney resorts in Club Level, and Beach Club is now at the top of our list.
Our room was typical for a Disney Deluxe resort. We had two queen size beds, a small balcony, a coffee station, and a fully stocked toiletry kit in the bath. One thing that is offered for Club Level guests is turn down service each night. Mousekeeping will leave Ghirardelli chocolate on the bed for you to enjoy. Most Club Level guests usually receive a welcome gift on their first night, but we did not receive one during our Beach Club stay.
One of the most important components of staying Club Level is the Club Level lounge. In the lounge, guests can have access to drinks all day long, breakfast foods in the morning, mid-day snacks, hot bites in the evening, and dessert later at night. For many families, the food offerings in the Club Level lounge can take the place of 2 full meals while at Disney. This can be a great savings for many families. My family always enjoys the breakfast, snacks, and desserts, but we still love to have dinner in one of the many restaurants in Disney, so we don’t often take part in the hot offerings in the evening.
Overall, the Club Level at Disney’s Beach Club was one of the best we’ve experienced. The lounge did get crowded closer to park opening times, but it was very easy to grab food to bring back to our room. The Club Level guest rooms are very close to the lounge, so it is not difficult to grab items from the lounge and enjoy them in your room. This is really handy if you have a view of Epcot and want to enjoy the fireworks with some dessert and a glass of your favorite beverage. The concierge at the lounge was also one of the most helpful we’ve experienced. They offered assistance when the lounge was in-between meal times and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. If you normally stay in a Deluxe resort and are looking for something new to try, I highly recommend Club Level. This is also the perfect option for an adults only trip.
